02What these terms cover

These terms govern this website only.

They are not the terms of the xconversions service. Using the platform is governed by what is agreed with your business, and where that differs from this page, it governs the service.

03What this website is for

This website describes xconversions and lets you contact us or open a workspace. Its content is informational: it is not an offer, a quotation, or advice to act on without talking to us.

04Plans and prices

The plans and prices shown describe our offer at the time you read them. What applies to your business is what is agreed when your workspace is set up. Meta’s messaging fees are separate from our plans.

05Messaging on Meta’s channels

A business that uses xconversions on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram must follow Meta’s terms and policies for those channels, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Messenger and Instagram platform policies. Replies written by the platform’s AI agent tell the customer they are automated, and a person on the business’s team can take over a conversation at any time.

06Demonstrations

The conversations, businesses, people and figures in this website’s demonstrations are invented to show how the product works. None of them is a client, and none is presented as one.

07The FAQ panel

The FAQ panel’s answers are written in advance and chosen by the words of your question, so one may not fit what you meant. They are not an offer, a commitment or advice: if an answer matters to you, confirm it with us in writing.

08Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design and graphics and the xconversions and Aurvah names and marks, belongs to Aurvah or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages to evaluate the product for your business. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise use the content commercially without our written permission.

Meta, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to say which channels xconversions works with. xconversions is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta. Other third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

09Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully, or to break any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, or to any system or network connected to it
• Interfere with the website’s operation or availability, or try to get around its technical limits
• Introduce malware or any other harmful code
• Use the contact form or the FAQ panel to send spam, or fraudulent, abusive or misleading material
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details for unsolicited marketing

This website links to other sites, including the xconversions app. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

11Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the website and its content.

To the extent the law allows, Aurvah is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for the service is dealt with in what is agreed for the service, not here.

Personal data is handled as our privacy policy and cookie policy describe.

15Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are being confirmed along with our company registration details, and will be stated here once they are. Nothing in this section affects the governing law of an agreement between Aurvah and a business, which that agreement sets out.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top changes when the text does.
