In short
xconversions connects to your business’s WhatsApp number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every message a customer sends to that number arrives in one shared inbox, where an AI agent answers at once and your team takes over whenever a person is needed.
From the same place you write to customers first with approved templates, send campaigns, build workflows that follow up by themselves, and see what was sent, delivered, read and answered.

How it fits together
A customer writes to your WhatsApp number.
The message arrives in the Inbox within a second or two, and the contact is created if it is new.
Your AI agent answers.
It replies from what you taught it, in the language the customer wrote in: Arabic, English or French. It hands the conversation to a person when it should, and says why.
Your team steps in when needed.
Anyone with access can read the conversation, take it over, write a note for a colleague, and give it back to the agent.
You write first when you have something to say.
Outside the 24-hour window WhatsApp only lets a business send approved templates. You send one to many contacts with a campaign, or to each contact at the right moment with a workflow.
You see what happened.
Reports and the dashboard show what was delivered, read and answered. AI usage shows what the agent cost.
What you need to start
- An email address, to create your account.
- A phone number for WhatsApp that can receive a call or an SMS, and is not in use in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app.
- A Facebook account that can manage your business at Meta. The business does not need to be verified to start.
The full list, with what Meta checks, is in What you need before you connect a number.
Languages
The app is in English, Arabic and French. Each person chooses their own language from the globe button at the top of any screen, and Arabic is laid out right to left.
The AI agent answers a customer in the language the customer writes in, whatever language your team reads the app in.
