How renewing works
A plan is paid for a period: a month or a year. It runs to the end of its Paid until day, on your workspace’s time zone. Nothing is taken from your card by itself: renewing is one more payment, by card or by bank transfer, for the period that follows.
The period you renew for starts the day after Paid until, so renewing early loses no day.
The reminders
Before your plan ends, the people who handle the account are reminded, a few days ahead and again closer to the day:
- By email, with a link to renew.
- On the bell, for example Your plan ends in 7 days: renew it.
- In the last days, by an amber banner on every screen, which can be closed until the next time you sign in.
Renewing opens with the first reminder. Until then, Plan & billing says when it will.

Press Renew now: on Plan & billing, on the banner, or in the email.
The checkout opens for your renewal, with the period it covers.
Under Renew for, keep your plan, or choose another one or the other period.
A smaller plan or another period starts with the new period. Your plan stays as it is until then.

When the payment is confirmed, the page says that your plan is renewed and when it renews next. Paid until moves on by the period you paid, and the receipt is emailed.
If the plan is not renewed in time

While the plan is restricted, each conversation the agent would have answered goes to your team in the Inbox, with the note AI paused: plan not renewed.
Renewing brings everything back at once, with the month’s AI credits. A plan renewed after it was restricted starts its new period on the day you pay: the days it was restricted are not charged. The days of grace are, since everything worked.
Questions
Does my card get charged by itself?
No. Nothing is taken without you: you renew each period from the reminder, Plan & billing or the banner.
If I renew early, do I lose the days I have left?
No. The new period starts the day after your plan is paid until.
Can I renew for a year after paying by the month?
Yes. Choose the yearly period under Renew for.

The people whose access includes The workspace and billing.
